NEW! Dart 360 "Beast 2" CNC Cylinder Head

Constantly striving to improve its products, Reher-Morrison has enhanced the flow of its original Dart 360 "Beast" cylinder heads with the all new "Beast 2". They come standard with Manley Titanium valves, 2.325" Intakes/1.880" Exhaust and Manley NexTek double roller valve springs. The heavy decks on the Dart 360 heads make them ideal for heavy nitrous or blower applications. The reduced chamber volume supports a smaller dome piston, which means a faster burn chamber with less ignition timing. More fuel burned in less time means increased performance! Utilizing data gathered from the R & D of our Pro Stock engine program, we have designed an updated CNC program. Our dynamic 5-axis CNC machines can now generate a port capable of flowing 435+ cfm @ .800" lift from a 370 cc intake port. This much flow from such a relatively small port means greater velocity to create the maximum performance available in a conventional Big Block Chevrolet cylinder head!

The Raptor is a break-through in racing engine development. Raptor cylinder heads are designed by Reher-Morrison and contain features and benefits not found in other 12º heads. 14º Oval Port CNC Big Chief Heads

All of the power secrets that Reher-Morrison has learned in its Pro Stock R&D program are in the 14º Oval Port CNC Big Chief heads. With in-house CNC machining centers, Reher-Morrison can produce state-of-the-art cylinder heads at a price that serious sportsman racers can afford.

It starts with special shaved-core castings from DART that have extra material in the ports and chambers. We CNC machine the oval intake runners, steep combustion chamber walls, and elliptical exhaust ports _ exclusive RMRE designs that incorporate the latest advances in Pro Stock airflow technology. Reher-Morrison cylinder head specialists finish the critical seats and bowls by hand and install 16 titanium valves.
