How often should rod bolts be replaced?

What do you recommend for shifting?

I recommend that the converter is at 400 to 500 above peak torque in a Powerglide. The shift point should be 400 to 500 above peak horsepower, which is more important for Top Sportsman and Quick 16 type racing. How much vacuum do you recommend?

What we recommend with a wet sump is 10 to 12 inches of vacuum. For a dry sump, 18 to 20 inches of vacuum is a good number.
